No before and
after photos.
Numbers instead.
Photos flatter the gym, not the member. We test five things when you start, retest them every twelve weeks, and write both down.
What we test
Five measures,
every twelve weeks.
You get the sheet each time. If a number has gone backwards we say so and tell you why.
The median member
Most of the change
happens in the first
six months.
The steep part of the line is technique, not muscle. Once the lift looks right the load moves quickly, then it slows down and stays up. That second part is the bit worth paying for.
Six members
First names,
real numbers.
Written from the retest sheets, with the member's permission and without their last name.
I came in able to do nothing off the floor. The deadlift number is nice but the real thing is carrying both kids up the stairs without thinking about it.
Three physios told me to stop deadlifting. Marcus taught me to do it properly instead. My back has not gone out since the second month.
My GP wanted my bone density looked at. Two years later the scan is better, not worse, and I can get off the floor without using a chair.
I work nights, so I used to just not train. The 5:45 am class is the only thing I have ever stuck to, because someone notices when I am not there.
I trained through the pregnancy with Elise and started back at eight weeks. Getting back to my old numbers took five months and I never felt rushed.
I thought lifting would make me slower. Priya put me on two strength sessions a week and my half marathon came down by eleven minutes.
A plain note about these numbers. This is a demonstration site built to show a design, so every member, figure and quote on this page is illustrative. On a real build these would come straight off the studio's own retest sheets, and results always vary from person to person.

Things you will not
find on this page
- Before and after photos of anybody's body
- Weight loss promised in a number of weeks
- Scale weight used as the headline measure
- A transformation challenge with a prize attached
We track body measurements for people who want them, privately, and never put them on a website.

The free consult ends with five measures written down. That sheet is yours whether you train here or not.
